O&M Analyst
Reports To: O&M Manager
Job Overview: O&M Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring of and reporting on solar asset power generation across a portfolio of plants in the Southeast. This role will play a big part in the data analysis; production planning; contract review and development of a maturing O&M division. This role will have direct contact with clients and will work closely with all aspects of the business, including but not limited to the CFO, the EPC division and O&M technical teams. Compensation 50k-60k DOE.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Daily monitoring of client solar PV systems
· Performance modeling, efficiency metrics and data analytics
· Remote troubleshooting & client communications
· Case creation: thoroughly document all service to client’s systems
· Contract review, analysis and management
· Theory production and client facing report development
· Scheduling and dispatch support
· Create invoices/coordinate with accounting to ensure efficient and proper billing of all services
· Manage return material authorization (RMA) process of all warrantied equipment
· Assist in continuous improvement of workplace processes
· EPC close out support and warranty management
· Coordination with all other areas of the company, including but not limited to: Construction, Design, Accounting, Sales and Management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Project management experience a plus
· Solar experience a plus
· Extremely organized and efficient; good time management and a positive attitude
· Great interpersonal skills, great communicator, quick to understand new processes
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs
